Equipment lease and maintenance fees cover our K/Fiber℠ ONU or ONT, its power supply, and cabling, as well as available optional equipment.  Since we retain ownership of the equipment, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, should any item—other than the expendable batteries in UPS units—cease to operate properly for any reason other than neglect or vandalism.
