transparency report

We accept that the use of surveillance tools are sometimes required for national security. However, we decry abuse of these tools for less than absolutely necessary and narrow purposes. We provide the following report:

No Warrants, Searches, or Seizures at Kingdom Fiber

We would like to clearly state that, as of the date of this report, no warrants relating to national security have ever been served on Pear Networks LLC (dba Kingdom Fiber), Pear Networks principals, or Pear Networks employees. We have never received a National Security Letter, FISA order, or any other classified request for user information. We have not placed any “backdoors” into our software. To the best of our knowledge, no searches or seizures of any kind have ever been performed on our assets.

We have not been required by a FISA court to keep any secrets, such as those authorized by Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act or by any provision of the USA FREEDOM Act of 2015, as part of a national security order.

Pay close attention to any modifications to the previous sentence, the removal of the warrant canary icon, or the deletion of this report. This report will be updated at least every six months.
