How to Pay
three sets of network subscribers: Two payment portals
Kingdom Fiber networks are divided into three categories. We have our “Original Networks” within five towns plus the 2026 “Expansion Networks” within those and two other towns. We also have “Additional Networks” already built or in construction within the 36 towns listed on the Next Towns page. Kingdom Fiber manages billing and technical support for subscribers within the “Original and Expansion Networks.” Our contractor, Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom (WCVT), manages billing and technical support for subscribers within the “Additional Networks.” In particular, WCVT relies on a separate billing portal called SmartHub.
If you are uncertain in which networks your location resides, just ask.
“Original and Expansion Networks”

Both the “Original and Expansion Networks” subscribers rely on our original payment portal. Most subscribers receive emailed invoices or are enrolled in our autopay program. Some subscribers have elected to have personal access to their own portal pages for online payment options. All subscribers in this category may request a portal invitation.

“Additional Networks”
serving parts of 36 of the next towns
The “Additional Networks” subscribers rely on the WCVT SmartHub payment portal. There, they may set up a variety of payment options and processes to have personal access to their own portal pages for online or emailed payment options.
NOTE: The SmartHub is NOT for use by “Original and Expansion Network” subscribers!
